By opting in to receive SMS messages from Corbel Labs, you are consenting to receive text messages from us at the mobile phone number you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase.
Corbel Labs may send you SMS messages for the purposes you explicitly opted in to, which may include customer updates, account notifications, verification codes, and occasional service communications. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have separately opted in to receive them.
Message frequency: Varies by use case. Typically fewer than 15 messages per month per phone number. Actual frequency depends on what you opted in to and your interaction with our services.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you fees for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. Corbel Labs is not responsible for any such charges. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending you further SMS communications for the relevant campaign. We send SMS through Telnyx, a licensed messaging provider, to major US carriers. Carriers and Corbel Labs are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier network issues, device problems, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder or regular user of the mobile phone number you provide to opt in to SMS communications from us. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Corbel Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corbel Labs LLC and its members, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Corbel Labs LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
